COMMUNITY PLANNING

What is that?
The involvement of people into the process of a solution: into the planning, the decisions, the execution and the supervision as well. E.g. public space utilization, mobility development.

Why is that good for me?

Because this way you can realize what your community needs in the very beginning of your project. Because this way you will have a lot of great ideas. Because the community will be your partner in the process of execution. Because it strengthens sustainability and trust.

What are the related topics?

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND DECISION-MAKING

By involving the community from the beginning of the project you can have the opportunity to know exactly what the community needs while they are helping you developing your idea. It gives the community a sense of responsibility and trust.

What are we going to work on?
We plan the process according to the needs of the community, lay down the decision-making jurisdictions, communicate in an articulate and transparent way about the project specifically and help the division of labor between the community and other actors of the project (e.g. experts, municipality)

VISUALIZATION

What is that?

Why is that good for me?
Because it is easier to engage your community if you can tell them about the topic in a simple form not using the professional lingo.

What are the tools?
Animations, mockumentary, infographics – we provide you with the best solution after taking the topic and the budget into consideration.

ONLINE PRESENCE

What is that?
Ensuring the online presence of your projects.

Why is that good for me?

What are the tools?
Web development, copywriting, media relations, social media.

EVENTS

What is that?
Beside being online it is equally important to be present in the “offline” space. Networking is very important and the easiest way to do it is via events and being present on the streets.

Why is that good for me?
This way the community can see for themselves what you are working on and that there are real people behind the project who actually listen to what the community members have to say.

What are the tools?
We always prepare games and gifts, posters and flyers that suit the topic.

GAMIFCATION

What is that?
Learning by playing. It helps to get a deeper understanding of the topic.

Why is that good for me?
This way your community not only understands the topic better, but also feels more involved in the project.

What are the tools?
We develop games through which people can better understand the project – this can be a board game, live action role-playing (LARP) or a game with coupons.
